Raw Food Recipe: Strawberry Spinach!

With either your first or your last punnet of summer strawberries do this!

It’s a nutrient rich, tasty raw-food afternoon treat for bicycle babes on the go.

Ingredient:
1/2 punnet of strawberries quartered.
1 x small Lebanese cucumber halved & sliced.
1 x generous handful of fresh baby spinach, finely sliced.

Dressing:
1/4 orange.
Flat teaspoon honey.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
A tablespoon of olive, avocado or macadamia oil can be added to fill you fuller!

Directions:
Mix juice from orange, apple cider vinegar and honey in small cup, set aside.
Throw strawberries, cucumber and spinch in to serving bowl, drizzle with dressing.
Eat!
